Non-fiction author, Steve Swinburne, will be visiting SSE students in 3rd-5th grades this Wednesday!

All for Books was a huge success!  Stanley Elementary raised over $700 for our Sister School- Rhoads Elementary!  Way to pay it forward.... thank you, thank you, thank you!  Books are being delivered this next week.

During the book fair week, we will be collecting money that will be used to buy books for our Sister School- Rhoads Elementary!    If you would like to donate, please fill out this form and bring to the library.  Teachers have a chance to win a basket of books for their own classroom- the more donation slips from their students the higher chance they have of

Fort Bend Public Library visits May 30th!



The Fort Bend Public Library will be visiting with all classes Friday, May 30th.  They will be talking to the students about summer reading and the exciting programs that they have scheduled for elementary students and teens for those headed to junior high!

Monday- 8:30-3:00 pm-Class Preview Day- Students will make wish lists or they can download the Scholastic Book Fair App (at home) and bring their device to scan books into their wish lists

Wednesday- 8:30-3:00 pm- Class Purchase Day- when sending money with your child - we accept cash, credit card, checks made out to Scholastic- don't forget to send tax money (.0625)

Friday-  8:30-12:00 pm- Last minute purchase day
